Convoy
Convoy is the Forza Horizon series' core multiplayer system — up to 12 players form a caravan that can roam the map, do missions, and grind drift zones together. Convoy members can share Festival Playlist progress.
The Eliminator
72-player Battle Royale-style elimination. Rules:
- Everyone starts in D-class stock cars; the map shrinks via a closing safe zone.
- Challenge other players 1v1; winner upgrades their car class (winning enough lets you reach S2).
- The last player inside the safe zone wins.
Core strategy: early game use a low-PI car to avoid fights and stay near the edge of the closing zone. Late game start hunting upgraded players.
Hide & Seek
Asymmetric multiplayer: 1 "hunter" (high-PI car with a red tracking aura) chases 11 "hiders" (low-PI ordinary cars). Hiders must scatter and survive until time runs out.
FH6's Japan map adds many new hiding spots — shrines, underground parking, alleyways behind convenience stores — making this the richest Hide & Seek installment ever.
Spec Racing
FH6 new mode — all participants drive the same model + same tune. Pure test of racing line and judgment — no "my car's stronger" excuse.
The car rotates weekly (e.g., this week all Mazda MX-5, next week all Honda NSX). The series' first proper "stripped-down" racing.
Co-op LINK
FH6's new mechanic — synchronized actions with teammates trigger bonus rewards:
- Drift parallel with a teammate for 5+ seconds → triggers "Twin Drift LINK", score ×2.
- Cross the same checkpoint simultaneously → triggers "Sync LINK", bonus XP.
- Cooperatively complete a directed skill chain → triggers "SUPER LINK", super wheelspin.
This system makes multiplayer cooperation more than "just driving together" — there are real teamwork rewards.
Daikoku PA Car Meet
FH6's Tokyo Bay Daikoku Parking Area is a special multiplayer space modeled on the real-world midnight car meet hotspot. Players can:
- Stop in any time to enter the meet
- Show off tunes and liveries
- Random match into 1v1 Touge battles
- Form Convoys to cruise the C1 Capital Loop
The most authentic Japanese street car culture multiplayer space in FH6.
