Isha Reddy is FH4's 2019 Update 5 story NPC, introduced via the "Isha's Taxis" business. She is the series' only NPC who never appears on screen — every interaction takes place by phone. This "voice-first" design is rare in racing games and creates a unique tension and mystery.

Isha runs a specialty taxi fleet — but her cars aren't ordinary. They're high-performance modifications of Austin FX4s (the iconic London black cab). When the player joins her team, they're dispatched to drive these unusual taxis with a varied roster of passengers.

The Taxi Story Chapter

"Isha's Taxis" comprises 10 chapters where the player must:

  • Unlock at level 22 by purchasing the business for 100,000 credits
  • Pick up passengers from the festival site — rock bands, politicians late for speeches, birthday grannies, etc.
  • Deliver them safely while sometimes dodging "racing rivals" along the way
  • Each chapter is its own mini storyline

The line's pacing is tight, dialogue is genuinely funny, and many players consider it FH4's most underrated story chapter. After completing it, players often realize Isha is one of the most charismatic NPCs in the series — built entirely from voice alone.
